Rochelle Jaffe, Ar, SE, CCS, SMI, FTMS, Sr VP/Quality Officer in Asset Preservation, NTH Consultants, Northville MI, specializes in investigation, evaluation and rehabilitation of existing masonry structures. A Licensed Architect and Structural Engineer, she is also a Certified Construction Specifier, Certified Special Inspector of Structural Masonry and a member of ASCE.
