Lang Damian
Damian Lang, president of Lang Masonry Contractors, Inc and the EZ Grout Corporation, has worked in the masonry industry for 26 years in all positions from mason tender to owner of a multimillion-dollar mason contracting business. An innovator, he developed advanced incentive systems and masonry equipment to help his crews, along with other mason contractors’ crews, to become more productive.
Lang is creator of the Grout Hog®, Mud Hog®, Hog Leg® and several other labor-saving devices used throughout the US and several foreign markets. Lang is the author of the book R.A.C.E. – Rewarding and Challenging Employees for Profits in Masonry. He is actively involved in consulting with leading mason contractors and organizations to advance safety, quality and production on the jobsite of every mason.
