Charles Ostrander, PE, works to better the masonry industry through best practices to ensure quality workmanship. As Executive Director for the Illinois Masonry Institute, Ostrander is engineering consultant for programs developed by the Masonry Advisory Council and the Illinois Indiana Masonry Council. He is a founding member of The Masonry Society and past director of the Structural Engineers Association of Illinois.
