Stephen Szoke
Stephen Szoke, PE, LEED AP, is Director of Codes and Standards for the Portland Cement Association. He has chaired the technical committee and board of directors and has become an honorary member of the Sustainable Building Industries Association. He has, and continues to, participate in environmental and energy conservation standards development, primarily through the American Society for Testing and Materials, American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers and the International Code Council where he is a member of the Sustainable Building Technology Committee which drafted the International green Construction Code. Szoke chairs the Sustainable Development Task Group of the Masonry Alliance for Codes and Standards and serves on the Sustainability Committee of the Alliance for Concrete Codes and Standards.
